Available to renters & homeowners that lost their homes to purchase a replacement primary residence.

HIGHLIGHTS:

No down payment required
FHA loan limit - $977,500
Non-occupying co-borrowers are allowed for qualifying
Mortgage for the destroyed home won’t go against the new loan
Single unit properties qualify, condos must be FHA approvable
640 minimum FICO score, lender standards may also apply
New residence doesn’t have to be on Maui
Program available for up to 1 year after the disaster area was declared
